Align offers a free no obligation Project Assessment meeting. This is an opportunity to listen and respond to your requests and provide a general overview of what to expect from our process and the construction experience. If requested referrals can be provided from past projects that echo this experience. We will take this meeting as an opportunity to ask questions about budgeting and provide information about our fee structures. This will help you as a client make an educated decision as you select a construction company for your project.
This is when all those concepts and ideas get broken down, explored and developed into a working document defining the scope of the work. The team at Align Developments has the ability to adapt to the specific requirements of any project. Whether it is clarifying selections, developing floor plans or even wrestling with questions of long term viability for residential/commercial work, paying attention to the details Align prides itself on it’s proven adaptability.

Estimation and Agreement
With your budget in mind through the design process, this is the stage where we finalize the project budget. At this point, you are happy with the design and have picked all of your finishes, colours, cabinets etc. Now it is time for everyone to sign off on the design and planning elements. This includes pricing and project deadlines. At this point we apply for any permits and order any special items that will dictate start and finish times for the project. Once we have an estimated time, we can provide an accurate project time frame to ensure that you won’t have to deal with your house being a construction zone any longer than necessary.
Now it is time to build!
Now it is time to make your renovation a reality. We start with a site meeting with any relevant trades and the home owner to go over and outline any of the specifics that may be encountered.
When working in your home, we strive to be clean, organized and respectful. This includes keeping the site clean of debris and dust and arriving when we promise. Each and every project is managed by a project manager who keeps you in the know about what the project will look like week to week and listen to any concerns you may have. We feel a good company is defined by how it manages challenges. We strive to rectify any challenges with a commitment to listening and following through on our promises.
After completion, we also like to showcase our work. If the client is interested, we would like the opportunity to showcase your space to your neighbours and the community as a testament to our services. We still believe our best advertising is people who know and have experienced our service.
