Project goal

Take the Foxy Box franchise package and create something unique to the client and our town of Cochrane.  Timing is everything, staying on schedule allows the client confidence to launch the business as efficiently as possible. Due to the work being completed in an existing commercial area, Align was required to navigate the regulatory environment of the lease agreement and permit requirements of the municipality.     

Services

The Foxy Box Project was a Tenant Improvement that transformed an old restaurant space into the needs of the new business. Align got involved from the beginning supporting the clients needs in securing the lease space with the terms that suited their needs for the construction phase. As a part of a growing franchise the client was provided strong direction on the functional and aesthetic needs of the finished space. It was a fun process to explore a layout that maximized the potential of the space for this new business.

Align was proud to hand over this project on time and on budget. Some of the unique features in this project included a large format 50’ woman mural that is installed in the waiting area, custom reclaimed barn board shelving in the retail area and a bathroom with black plumbing fixtures. It brings us the greatest joy to watch our clients business dreams thrive in a space that functions as intended with an aesthetic that keeps clients coming back.
