Explore adding square footage on the second floor by extending existing mezzanine over main floor Living room.                   

Support the clients strong vision for the space with the right team of trades and suppliers in hopes to unlock the functional and aesthetic potential of the home.

Services

This project addressed the interior and exterior needs of a 40 yr old log home built by a prominent local log builder. The scope included reimagining the second floor of the home. Renovated spaces included a growing the existing mezzanine over main floor living area, bedrooms and master suite. Updates required a sensitivity in aesthetic balancing the infusion of new while staying true to the log character of the home. Some of the exterior services rendered include windows replacing a failing vinyl covered deck and new siding on the second story.  Tongue and groove stained pine soffits were the finishing touch on the home including the wrap around covered deck on main level.    

The transformation speaks for itself and the clients are thrilled with their one of a kind home.
