West Terrace Renovation
The client continues to enjoy the open and spacious feel of their home after a main floor renovation.
Reimagine the potential of the main floor aesthetically while also helping the client to understand the financial commitments it would take to get there. Align gathered a team of consultants, suppliers and trades to execute this vision from start to finish.
Align Developments is commonly approached when clients are transitioning into or out of their residences. This client approached our team when they finalized their purchase of this home in Cochrane. They were excited about the potential of the home and looked to Align to help. Our evaluation pointed towards reworking the existing kitchen layout to replace a raised bar angled island to a single larger island. The existing 3 pc main bath took an oversized bite out of the main floor space adjacent to living room.
Our solution turned the 3 pc into a powder room with a small closet at top of stairs allowing the Living room to expand to a more comfortable size. The finished product included replacing the cabinetry in the kitchen, installing an LVP throughout the main floor, resizing the existing bathroom. We finished it all off with new paint, trim and handrail.
Over a year later with the renovation a distant memory, the client continues to enjoy the open and spacious feel of the main floor living area. Transitions like this can often be a balancing act, anticipation of the potential, along with the stress of disruption. Align has a proven process that helps clients gain a strong sense of what they could expect, combined with a service that delivers. We look forward to telling your transition story.
